Hey I'm Claire, founder of Impactful People

I've managed teams since 2012, been part of Senior Leadership Teams and built people functions in stand-alone roles so I have faced many of the people challenges and felt the loneliness many of you will be facing or have faced in your careers.

 

Over the last decade, I've led People, Delivery and Engineering Teams and I'm passionate about getting things done; but about making them happen in a way that ensures everyone involved feels valued and empowered.

I've led projects centred around cultural and digital transformation, shaping the business vision, innovating organisational structures and launching new products.

Community and mentoring have been a key part of my career journey and I've felt big holes when I've not had them.  So here I am aiming to create the positive aspect I experienced for you lovely folk
