I’m Claire, founder of Impactful People, straight-talking leadership consultant, and firm believer that the best teams don’t just work together, they win together.

My background spans criminal law, international sport, tech, people, and leadership roles in fast-growing businesses. That journey means I understand what it’s like to lead through mess, pace, and pressure and how lonely it can feel when you’re the one everyone’s looking to for answers.

I’ve seen brilliant people burn out trying to hold it all together. I’ve watched leadership teams spin their wheels because no one’s having the real conversations. And I’ve worked with leaders who desperately want to do better by their team, but don’t know where to start.
