👋 Hey!

I’m Claire, founder of Impactful People, a straight-talking leadership consultant who helps businesses build confident, connected leaders at every level.

My career’s taken me from criminal law and international sport to tech and leadership roles in fast-growing businesses. Along the way, I’ve learned what it really takes to lead through pace, pressure, and people problems — and how lonely it can feel when you’re the one everyone’s looking to for answers.

I’ve seen what happens when leadership wobbles: brilliant people burning out, teams spinning their wheels, and leaders second-guessing themselves. I’ve also seen how quickly things turn around when leaders get the right mix of clarity, trust, and accountability.

That’s why I created Impactful People’s Leadership Pathways — practical, discussion-based programmes that meet leaders where they are:

I don’t do theory for theory’s sake. Everything I teach is grounded in real-world experience, supported by frameworks that work, and delivered with empathy, challenge, and a healthy dose of humour.
